As an experienced yoga educator (ERYT-500) and licensed massage therapist, she specializes in therapeutic alignment, fascia-focused movement, and somatic awareness.
Koryn brings over four years of hands-on massage experience with her own integrative bodywork, private practice, and clinical work including the last year working with many veterans at a local physical therapy office.

With a calm and steady teaching style, she guides practitioners to trust their bodies, move with awareness, and honor their unique rhythm.
Denice holds both her 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher certifications and brings a grounded, nurturing presence to every class—inviting you to slow down, breathe deeply, and discover the joy of mindful movement.

A passionate explorer of the body, mind, and spirit, Tim Dailing blends ancient wisdom with modern movement. As a certified Kundalini and Hatha Yoga Instructor, Registered Thai Therapist (RTT), Clinical Sound Healer (CSH/CMA), and TBI-certified yoga specialist, Tim brings a deeply therapeutic and integrative approach to every practice.
With roots in martial arts, CrossFit, and kettlebell training, Tim’s teaching bridges strength and stillness — helping students cultivate resilience, awareness, and embodied freedom. His classes weave together breathwork, Yoga Nidra, sound healing, and mindful mobility, inviting a journey that restores balance to both the nervous system and the soul.
An avid cyclist, musician, and nature enthusiast, Tim believes in movement as medicine and nature as the ultimate teacher. His mission is to empower others to reconnect with their inner rhythm — where discipline meets devotion, and healing meets transformation.
