With over a decade of experience guiding others through yoga and movement practices, Koryn bridges the wisdom of ancient traditions with modern science. As an experienced yoga educator (ERYT-500) and licensed massage therapist, she specializes in therapeutic alignment, fascia-focused movement, and somatic awareness.
Koryn brings over four years of hands-on massage experience with her own integrative bodywork, private practice, and clinical work including the last year working with many veterans at a local physical therapy office.
